Welcome to "Your Cool Gift" (the “App”). By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the App.

2. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this App.
  • The App allows you to create personalized gift puzzles (“Products”) for personal use and gifts.
  • You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Account and Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for any activities conducted through your account.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The content, design, graphics, and other elements of the App are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • By using the App, you do not gain any ownership rights to the content provided by the App.
  • You retain ownership of any images or content uploaded to create the puzzle but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

5. User Content

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
  • Any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

6. Purchase and Payment

  • When you purchase a personalized gift puzzle, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  • All purchases made through the App are final. Due to the personalized nature of the Product, returns and refunds are not permitted except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your use of the App or Products.

8. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
  • We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the App, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
